Real Training for Ages 12 to 15
Teens at our Carrollton academy is Jiu-Jitsu for ages 12 to 15, the age where the training gets real. Technique sharpens, live rolling becomes the center of class, and students start to understand Jiu-Jitsu as a problem they get to solve every single round.
This is a demanding age, and the mat handles it well. The Teens program channels energy into focus, builds the discipline of showing up and putting in the work, and gives teens a place where effort is the only thing that matters: not status, not phones, not who is the loudest in the room.

Live Training, Real Skill
The Teens program is where rolling becomes the heart of class. Students stop memorizing moves and start solving problems in real time against a resisting partner.
Discipline That Transfers
Showing up, putting in the work, and handling a hard round with composure. The habits the Teens program builds on the mat show up in the classroom and at home.
A Peer Group Worth Having
The teens in this room push each other and look out for each other. For a lot of families, the community is the reason their kid keeps coming back.
Built around how kids actually develop.
Every kids program keys in on the four stages of childhood development: Physical, Intellectual, Emotional, and Social. We call it PIES. It is how we structure classes, design drills, and build the relationships that turn a shy four-year-old into a confident kid who walks into school with a quiet sense of who they are.
-
P Physical
Coordination, strength, control of the body.
-
I Intellectual
Focus, problem-solving, learning how to learn.
-
E Emotional
Confidence, self-regulation, handling setbacks.
-
S Social
